THT Vietnam Electric Joint Stock Company provides sales and transportation services in many forms, depending on the place of delivery of goods at our warehouse or at the customer’s receiving place (or as stipulated in the sales contract), customers can choose the method of delivery of goods suitable to the current delivery methods we have.

• After successful delivery, our company is only responsible for technical errors caused by the manufacturer. All other cases will not be our responsibility.
• Please note: All products sold by our company have full documents such as: Sales invoice; or (and) delivery note; or (and) Delivery note; or (and) Financial invoice (if requested by the customer). Therefore, customers have the right to refuse to receive goods without one of the four types of documents above. This is to ensure product quality, purchase the right product of our company, and at the same time ensure your rights in exchanging/returning goods.
• Delivery time: The sales or shipping department will contact you in advance to arrange a specific time and location for delivery to you. Delivery may be delayed for a number of reasons such as: Incorrect customer address, Customer is late or not at home, Delivery staff cannot contact customer, natural disasters, fires, etc.
• The school has exceeded the expected time and the customer has not received the goods, please respond so that we can take the fastest solution. During the waiting time, if you want to change the order (Change the product, Do not want to receive the goods anymore, …) but the service has not delivered to the customer, please notify our Company so that we can resolve with the delivery service.

We currently have the following delivery methods:

• Direct delivery at our Company’s Warehouse
• Delivery via intermediary transport unit (VNPT, Viettel, or other reputable transport units):

+ Customers need to provide delivery address; name, phone number, and ID card of the recipient (1)

+ In case the customer requests to send goods via the Hanoi Central Bus Station (My Dinh, Giap Bat, Nuoc Ngam, Yen Nghia, Gia Lam) or other stops (bus stations) in Hanoi city, in addition to the information in section (1), the customer needs to provide the name of the bus station, the address of the bus station and the phone number of the staff receiving the goods from the bus station.

• For customers in the inner city of Hanoi, the goods will be delivered to your warehouse (if the customer requests it immediately upon ordering). Normally, customers who order during the day will receive the goods on the same day, if they order late in the afternoon, they will receive the goods the next day.
• In some cases, customers order products of high value, or need installation, or transportation requires special means of support, the sales department will negotiate with the customer about detailed delivery conditions.

Please check the goods carefully when receiving them from the delivery staff. If there are any problems related to the type, design, quality, or quantity of goods that are not as described in the order, please notify us immediately for coordination. If there are no problems, please receive the goods and sign the delivery note.

You receive the goods, sign the delivery note and pay the delivery staff all or part (if a deposit has been made) of the value of the purchased goods (including the value of the goods + shipping fee (if any) + installation fee (if any)).

When placing an order, please fill in the required information completely and accurately as required to facilitate us in providing goods and receiving payment quickly. We are also not responsible for cases of delayed or lost delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

Delivery time depends on whether you choose express or regular delivery, this time is only relative.

Express delivery: 2 to 3 days.

Regular delivery: 5 to 7 days.
