Exchange – Return is one of the policies to ensure customer rights and the return process is carried out when the package is returned to the warehouse of THT VIETNAM ELECTRICITY JOINT STOCK COMPANY. We will take the next steps to check the product quality and proceed to exchange/return or refund as per your request.

Note: Due to the nature of goods being products with specific characteristics for different needs, customers are absolutely not allowed to return or exchange goods for the reason of “not being satisfied”.

Time allowed for return :

Within …… days from the date of receipt of goods (or the time specified in the sales contract), if there is a problem with the goods, the customer must contact us to exchange for a new product of equal or higher value than the purchased product. After this period, our Company has the right to understand that you no longer need to return the product and accordingly, the system will automatically cancel your return request.

2. Delivered goods are broken, incorrect or missing:

The company encourages customers to check the external condition of the box and product before payment to ensure that the goods delivered are of the correct type and quantity as ordered and that the external condition is not affected (broken/scratched, dented, distorted). If you encounter any unexpected problems, please refuse to receive the goods and immediately notify customer support so we can handle it promptly.

Please note: The company only accepts returns of products that are not defective in appearance (scratches, dents, yellowing, breakage, etc.). Defects in appearance will not be accepted because upon delivery, the condition of the goods on the sales invoice has been verified as “100% new product, not (scratched, dents, yellowing, breakage, etc.), with full accessories and warranty card”. Please check carefully before signing the confirmation on our Delivery Note and Sales Invoice upon delivery.
