CALCULATE AND CHECK DRAWINGS ACCORDING TO CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

• Design calculations include circuit analysis, cabinet structure, temperature rise calculation… based on equipment (parameters, dimensions) to come up with the most reasonable design solution.
• Select the appropriate specifications.
• Determine customer requirements and make preliminary configuration.
• Flexibly arrange suitable equipment in the cabinet to provide the optimal and most cost-effective enclosure size for customers.
• Flexible in price adjustment, including installation and shipping costs…
• Flexibility to add equipment as additional requirements arise.

COMPLETE DRAWINGS FOR CUSTOMER APPROVAL

Approval drawings will be submitted to the customer. A complete browser drawing set includes:

• Customer supplied single line diagram
• Outline-DoorArrangment
• Assembly drawing of equipment inside the cabinet
• Control circuit drawing (Sequency) (if any)
• List of equipment

ASSEMBLY DRAWING

The drawing will clearly show the installation location of the components, equipment… used to form a complete cabinet.

EQUIPMENT LIST

QC staff is responsible for checking the electrical cabinet based on the design drawings and operating the cabinet before handing it over to the customer.
