3. Warranty conditions: Products provided by THT Vietnam Electrical Joint Stock Company are genuine products and enjoy genuine warranty in Vietnam. Due to the complex nature of electrical equipment, the warranty will vary depending on the manufacturer and product type. Please refer to the specific terms below.

Warranty cases :

• Product warranty is to fix errors, technical problems caused by manufacturer’s fault.
• The product is still under warranty according to the regulations of each manufacturer and each device.
• Has warranty card/seal from manufacturer or distributor.
• Have a purchase invoice (or sales contract) from THT Vietnam Electricity Joint Stock Company.
• Warranty products will comply with each manufacturer’s warranty regulations for technical problems.

Note:

• Customer is responsible for shipping costs if incurred.
• After the warranty period, the repair costs will be supported by the Company at the most preferential cost.

Cases not covered by warranty:

• The product has exceeded the warranty period stated on the Warranty card/sealed stamp or the Warranty card (if any) is lost.
• For products whose origin cannot be determined and purchased from THT Vietnam Electric Joint Stock Company, we have the right to refuse warranty.
• Lost receipt.
• Warranty seal is torn, broken, or modified.
• The warranty card (if any) does not clearly state the Serial number or information about the purchased goods and date of purchase.
• The serial number on the product or information about the purchased goods and the Warranty Card do not match or – cannot be determined for any reason.
• The serial number on the product cannot be determined.
• The product is damaged due to improper use according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Products damaged by mechanical impact such as dropping, breaking, impact, scratching, dents, moisture, rust, or water seepage.
• The product shows signs of damage caused by rodents or insects or by fire or natural disaster.
• Disassembly or repair by individuals or technicians not authorized by our Company.
• You want to change the product type and model.
